July 22: the daily drama

In the argentinian chaos, it is quite surprising to see how a few things are so organised. Squared architecture. Classified monuments. Accurate and effective healthcare. Free hospitals. Free education. Productive art scene. Precise museum schedules. Naturally wealthy country. Recommanded restaurant reservations. A picked-up "numero" (number on a piece of paper) required for any kind of services. A market a day. A milonga a night. A crisis every 7 years... Yet, more than half of the people live the everyday misery. A great deal of young fellows do not go to school and grow up to be gangsters. Drugs and violence are still unsolved compromising problems. Rich and poor never meet. Fixing an appointment is a true miracle. Achieving a project on the dot is impossible challenge. Art and research are not supported by the goverment. Illegality is absolutely legal. Mafia is watching. Lack of job motivations. Untrustful suspicious police officers. Cleverly manipulated life. Hidden worries.

It is hard to figure out the wound of such a radiant pleasant place. "What you see is not the truth..." Although argentinians are used to fight the never-ending drama, the unexpected magicly boosts the country!!!
